About me:

I am a senior research data scientist at Google's GenAI Search. Previously, I was an Assistant Professor of Finance at Warrington College of Business, University of Florida. I received my Ph.D. in Financial Economics at Booth School of Business and Department of Economics, University of Chicago, where I was supervised by Douglas Diamond, Roger Myerson, Raghuram Rajan, Zhiguo He and Amir Sufi.  

My academic research focuses on corporate finance, mechanism design, contract theory and applied microeconomics. Many of my research investigates how various forms of frictions/incompleteness in financial markets and contracting translate into real economic outcomes and how markets should be designed to optimally address such issues, both theoretically and empirically. 

Today, with first-hand AI products developing experience, I am interested in studying how economic players' decision making is impacted in the AI era, identifying new economic efficiency issues it brings, and how markets and contracts should be optimally designed to address these issues.
